The primary focus of The Company has been financing 'space-based' Tenancy In Common properties, which provide the TIC owner exclusive access, 100% of the time, to a specific unit in a building.
We arrange TIC loans through both institutional and private sources for:
- financing the acquisition of properties to be converted into TIC's
- financing the conversion costs
- financing the purchase of the finished units with:
fractional loans and
