Mark Skolnick
Mark began his career in real estate finance in 1991.  He started in the home loan industry, and then in 1993 he sharpened his knowledge and expanded into financing mixed use and commercial properties in San Francisco.  In 2001 he expanded again by becoming the wholeslae loan correspondent for a local community bank where he was integral at developing smart 'group' tic loan products, and then the first widely available 'fractional' TIC loan products that have now become the norm and helped to solidfy and expand the TIC industry.  His experience and keen insights into the TIC marketplace, including deal structure and understanding of what makes for a good TIC property will help your next TIC transaction be successful.

Mark earned a Bachelor's degree from the Universtiy of Massachusetts, Amherst in Cultural Anthropolgy.  His passion for people and their stories led him to the real estate industry.  He is focused on helping people move towards their goals in life, and in his words, "I finance dreams and fix nightmares."  

Mark is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate as a Broker.  He is a member of a number of professional organizations including the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), the California Association of Mortgage Brokers (CAMB), the San Francisco Association of Realtors (SFAR) and is also the founder and coordinator of the Real Estate Roundtable of San Francisco, a think tank of  highly successful San Francisco real estate agents who meet monthly to discuss the burning issues of real estate.

Mark is a proud father and husband, speaks spanish fluently, enjoys travel, organic gardening, and tending to a small orchard of heirloom fruit trees.
